Important: MakeQRCode.ai and BGadi Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for any crime, theft, or fraudulent activity conducted through QR codes generated on our platform.
All trademarks, branding, and service names remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display and host it as part of the service.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Refunds are only available within 3 days of purchase if the service is deemed unsatisfactory and no significant usage has occurred. Refunds will not be issued for misuse, violations of these Terms, or after significant usage.
Our service is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from the use of QR codes created through our platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MakeQRCode.ai and BGadi Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
